Benton home damaged by fire Sunday

BENTON, Maine (WABI) - A home in Benton was damaged by fire early Sunday morning.

Fairfield Fire says they responded to the home on Pines Road just before 1 a.m., to find fire coming from the second floor.

Crews from multiple towns responded and were able to get the fire knocked down quickly.

No word if anyone was inside at the time or if any injuries were reported.
