Northern Light Inland Hospital property sold

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - The site that was home to Northern Light Inland Hospital in Waterville has been sold.

According to a Northern Light Health spokesperson, the sale was finalized this morning.

The 30-acre property at 200 Kennedy Memorial Drive was listed at 2.7 million dollars by the Dunham Group. Northern Light Health says the property was transferred to a King Weinstein-affiliated company.

King Weinstein is a real estate broker for K-R-E Brokerage Group operating out of Old Orchard Beach. The hospital representative said in part: “We are confident that the Waterville community will benefit from re-development of this property under their ownership.”
