Avocado Key Lime Pie Pudding
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados, sliced
8 oz. Hannaford Whipped Cream Cheese
1/3 cup maple syrup
Juice from 3 limes
2 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Hannaford Nutty Nuggets Cereal
Optional garnishes: whipped cream, kiwis, dried cranberries and/or
00unsalted pistachios
Directions:
1. Process avocados, cream cheese, maple syrup, lime juice and vanilla in a food processor or blender
until smooth.
2. Line serving dish with the cereal.
3. Top with the avocado/lime puree.
4. Add garnishes as desired.
5. Portion in 12 individual pudding cups.
6. Enjoy in good health!
Dietitian’s Tips:
Avocados and limes make this recipe a nutrition star for healthy monounsaturated fats and vitamin C. Omit
the cereal and the pudding becomes a gluten-free treat!
