253 newly recorded COVID cases, 2 additional deaths

Maine (WABI) - On the eve of Maine’s second anniversary marking the first COVID case in our state, the Maine CDC is reporting 253 new cases.
Two more Mainers died with the virus.
1,006 new vaccinations were administered Thursday according to the state’s vaccination dashboard. 518 of those were booster shots.
March 12th, 2020 was when the Maine CDC announced the first presumptive case of COVID-19.
