Hampden Academy student seriously hurt in crash

Power was knocked out in part of Bangor when a pickup truck struck a utility pole on Essex Street.
It happened around 3:30 Wednesday morning near Fox Hollow.
The truck left the road and rolled over.
We're told the driver, 18-year-old Marc Hutchings, was seriously injured and is in intensive care.
Hutchings is a Hampden Academy senior and member of the basketball team.
The crash remains under investigation.
