ELLSWORTH, Maine (WMTW) - A Hancock County judge on Tuesday amended two bail conditions for Eliot Cutler, who is currently on probation for possessing child pornography.

The new order changes one of the conditions he must follow while out on bail; it specifies that internet supervision should be random and unannounced.

Previously, Cutler was prohibited from using the internet after 5 p.m. The judge modified that condition to allow him to use the internet from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays solely to attend Sexual Addicts Anonymous meetings.

Cutler’s internet usage will continue to be supervised by his counselors Robert Klotz, Maureen Hahm as well as the Sexual Addicts Anonymous group.

The last line of the order states: “All other conditions remain in full force and effect”.

His restrictions on internet use, contact with victims or witnesses, travel or other requirements will remain exactly the same unless they are specifically changed by this order.

Cutler was released from jail last month after violating his probation for a sixth time.
