1: Southwest Chicken Burrito Bowl
Ingredients (assemble in this order):
- 2 Tbsp. Taste of Inspirations® Mild Sweet Onion Salsa
- 2 Tbsp. Siggi’s® Icelandic Skyr Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup chopped rotisserie chicken mixed with 1 tsp. McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed; 1/4 cup corn, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbsp. Cabot® Seriously Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach
