Man accused of raping disabled woman outside nursing home

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) - A 29-year-old man is accused of raping a disabled woman at a nursing home, according to court records.

Remeri Jeter is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, unlawful restraint and burglary.

Jeter was seen on surveillance video trying to get into a locked nursing home while trespassing on Friday, according to an affidavit.

Jeter allegedly pulled the victim “behind a building by her wrist and held her down on the ground against her will, forcing sexual conduct without consent,” according to court documents.

Jeter has been arrested several times and repeatedly convicted for disorderly conduct, among other mostly misdemeanor crimes.
