Kindness Day raises $24,000

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - As you may recall, WABI hosted our first ever Kindness Day earlier this month to help raise money for three non-profits in the community.

Tuesday we are excited to announce that $24,000 in total has been raised thanks to all of you and your kindness.

The Belfast Soup Kitchen is almost at $12,000.

The Hancock County SPCA has received over $7,000.

Eastern Area Agency on Aging Meals on Wheels has raised nearly $5,000.
