Children’s author returns to TV5 with new book

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Karen Richards Toothaker visited TV5 last summer with her books “Say Cheese! A to Z” and “The Rag Doll Gift.”

She is back with her newest book “Something to Sing About,” which tells the story about the night Jesus was born.

Book Summary:

“Something To Sing About” tells the story of the star filled night when Jesus was born. Formatted as a picture book as well as a readymade pageant script, “Something To Sing About” introduces seven new, easy-to-sing songs that readers are invited to sing along as the miraculous evening unfolds. “Something To Sing About” fills the reader with wonder and curiosity, delighting those who are hearing the story for the very first time, as well as those who know the story well.

Toothaker says she was inspired to write the book due to the COVID pandemic and he fact that she loves everything Christmas.
