FARMINGTON, Maine (WABI) - The North Atlantic Conference announcing its Woman of the Year is UMaine Farmington’s Fern Calkins. The Oakland native had a 4.0 grade point average in Biology. She also has been instrumental in the Waterville area’s Shine on Cass Foundation.
