What is the new WW Freestyle program?
The WW Freestyle program builds on our incredibly effective SmartPoints® system and bumps up the benefits even more! The new program guides you towards go-to foods called zero Points® foods. Zero Points foods have (you guessed it) a SmartPoints value of zero, so no need to track!

How do SmartPoints® work?
SmartPoints are one easy-to-use number that’s based on calories, saturated fat, sugar and protein. Every food and drink is assigned a SmartPoints value. On the SmartPoints plan, foods that are higher in sugar and/or saturated fat are higher in SmartPoints; foods higher in protein are lower in SmartPoints.

You can probably guess what’s higher in SmartPoints: fried foods, pastries, sugar-sweetened beverages. But lean proteins that are lower in unhealthy fats — like chicken breast, tuna, and firm tofu — will be lower in SmartPoints.

What can I eat on the SmartPoints plan®?
The most common question we get at Weight Watchers is "What do I eat?" or "What should I eat?" And the answer is, "It’s totally up to you — nothing is off limits." Want the most bang for your SmartPoints buck? Stick to foods that are higher in protein and lower in sugar and saturated fat. It’s all about making the plan work for you. You can still eat your favorite snacks and sweets — you choose which ones are worth it!

How has the SmartPoints® food plan changed on the new Freestyle™ program?
There are even more zero Points® foods, giving you the peace of mind that there’s always room in your Budget for a tasty and filling meal.
Less counting and tracking. Now you don’t have to weigh, measure, or count the foods that have been added to the zero Points food list!
You can now roll over up to 4 unused SmartPoints each day so that you have greater flexibility later in the week (especially for a special occasion, restaurant meal, or any way you see fit).
The SmartPoints value system remains the same and is based on the same four nutrients: calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein.

How To Join

It’s easy to register and join a meeting!

There’s no need to call ahead or make an appointment. Start whenever you’re ready. There are no contracts to sign! Start and stop any time you want with no further obligation!

  •     Choose a meeting in the meeting finder.
  •     Pick a convenient meeting time and location.
  •     Arrive during the weigh in (one half hour before the meeting begins).
  •     Fill out a registration form and choose a payment option.

Let us guide you through your first visit!

  • Please take a registration form and complete it.
  • Hand it to the receptionist and choose a payment option. Click here to view pricing page.
  • After you’ve registered, you’ll receive your My Success Story Booklet (membership booklet) and other new member materials.


  • You will be asked to step on the scale (your weight will be kept confidential). If you have any questions or concerns about the scale or your weight please let us know. We’re here to help. All scales can accommodate members weighing up to 440. In some locations our scales are accurate up to 610 pounds.
  • Your Weigher will record your weight in your My Success Story. Please bring it to all future meetings so your attendance and weight can be recorded weekly.

Meeting Discussion

  • After the weigh-in, please join us in the meeting room.
  • The Meeting discussion will last 30 minutes.
  • It is a focused, interactive discussion on weight-related topics.
  • You are encouraged to participate to the degree that makes you comfortable. Be an active participant contributing to the conversation or sit back and let others do the talking while you just listen and learn. It’s up to you!
  • Either way you’ll get valuable tips, strategies, and support from your leader and other members.

Program Orientation 

  • At the end of every meeting there is an Orientation to help you get off to the very best start.
  • Your leader will explain the basics of the SmartPoints® program and help you plan your first meal on program!
  • Orientation only lasts about 20 minutes and we strongly encourage you to plan to stay to ensure you get off to the very best start possible with Weight Watchers!
