Winter Waldorf Salad


2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Ground Ginger
2 small apples, cubed
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery (about 1 stalk)
1 tsp. McCormick® Poppy Seed
1 bag Fresh Express® Sweet Butter™ or Spring Mix


1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and ginger in a medium bowl. Add apples, grapes, and dried cranberries. Mix well.

2. Add the walnuts, celery, and poppy seeds and mix well. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Dietitian’s Tip:
The salad can be refrigerated up to 2 hours before serving.
