Stuffed Strawberries with Whipped Yogurt Cream


1 pint fresh strawberries
4 oz whipped cream cheese spread
2 TBSP confectioners sugar
1/2c Cabot low fat Vanilla Bean Greek yogurt
McCormick Pure Orange Extract (optional)


1. Cut the tops off of the strawberries and stand upright on the cut side. Make a cut ¾ of the way down from the tip of the strawberry towards the bottom.

2. Whisk together the whipped cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla Greek yogurt and orange extract, if you're using this. Place into a sandwich bag. Cut the corner of the bag creating a piping bag. Pipe Yogurt Cream into each strawberry and arrange on a serving platter.
