1 (8 oz.) container Cedar's® Roasted Red Pepper Hommus
6 Cedar's® Low Carb Whole Wheat Wraps
1 cup Fresh Express® Leafy Green Romaine, torn
1 medium red pepper, stemmed, seeded and 0cut into bite-size strips
1 medium Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup Hannaford Light Sour Cream 1/2 cup Cabot® Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Directions1. Spread about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of hommus onto the center of each wrap.
2.Top with lettuce, red pepper strips and sliced avocado.
3.Spoon equal amounts of sour cream over each wrap. Top with equal amounts of cheese.
4.Roll wraps and enjoy!
