Red, White and Blue Salad


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Tarragon Leaves
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Canola oil cooking spray
4 cups Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
3 pears, cored and diced
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Taste of Inspirations® Crumbled Blue Cheese


1. Combine olive oil, honey, tarragon, black pepper and cider vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
2. On baking pan lined with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray and place chopped walnuts
on pan. Toast for approximately 3 minutes, until golden.
3. In a bowl, gently mix baby spinach, blueberries, pears, strawberries and walnuts together
with vinaigrette mixture.
4. Divide the salad evenly between 6 plates and top with crumbled blue cheese.
