Quick Burrito Bowl


1 bag Fresh Express® Romaine or Italian Blend
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 (15 oz.) can Hannaford Low Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
1 cup Cabot® Sharp Light Cheddar, shredded
1 bag steamable frozen brown rice
Cedar's® Avocado or Chipotle Hommus
2 Tbsp. lime juice
McCormick® Cumin, Chili Powder and Garlic Powder, to taste


1. Mix black beans with lime juice and spices.
2. Cook rice according to package directions.
3. Divide and layer rice, chicken, beans, lettuce and tomatoes into bowls.
4. Top with cheese and dollops of hommus.
