1 cup Nature's Promise Creamy Peanut Butter
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp McCormick grd Cinnamon
2 TBSP chia seeds
½ cup Hannaford Quick Oats
¼ cup (1 scoop) Cabot Whey Protein Plain Unflavored Powder
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup Planters NUT– rition Heart Healthy Nut Mix, chopped
2-4 TBSP water
Directions1. Place peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Mix well.
2. Add all other ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
3. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Using your hands, roll mixture into 24 spheres and arrange on the sheet pan. Press each sphere to slightly flatten.
3. Refrigerate cookies for an hour, or until set. Store breakfast cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
