2 cups Hannaford Frozen Sliced Strawberries
1 cup Breakstone's® Lowfat Cottage Cheese
3 Tbsp. Hannaford Whipped Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
2 sheets Annie's® Organic Honey Graham Crackers, crushed
Directions1. Puree strawberries, cottage cheese, cream cheese, honey and vanilla extract in a
food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes. Using
slightly thawed strawberries will help speed up the process.
2. Freeze for 15 minutes, or until mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
3. Divide mixture between 6 bowls.
4. Top with crushed graham crackers.
