Citrus Bliss Buddha Bowl



Ingredients

2 cups . . Nature's Place® Quinoa, cooked
2 Cara Cara oranges, peeled and segmented
1 cup .Love Beets™, sliced
1 Avocado from Mexico, sliced
1 can .Hannaford Chickpeas, (15 .5 oz .) drained and rinsed
1 (5 oz .) bag Fresh Express® Spinach & Arugula

Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup . .Tahini Zest of 1 lemon Zest of 1 Cara Cara orange
Juice of 1 lemon 1 Tbsp .
Hannaford Olive Oil 1/2 tsp .
McCormick® Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp .
McCormick® Smoked Paprika Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup . .Water

Directions

1 . Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients and slowly adding the water until a pourable sauce starts to form

2 . Divide and layer quinoa, orange slices, beets, avocado, chickpeas and greens between four bowls .

3 . Pour dressing over each bowl and enjoy!
