Chilled Fruit Soup


4 cups fresh cubed cantaloupe
2 cups Cascadian Farm® Organic Frozen Strawberries
1 cup ZICO® Watermelon Raspberry Coconut Water
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Ground Cardamom
Optional garnishes: fresh mint leaves, plain or vanilla Greek
yogurt, or fresh raspberries.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to eat.
