Cauliflower, Apple and Tahini Quinoa Bowl



Ingredients

¾ Cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup chickpeas
½ cup roasted cauliflower
¼ cup chopped apple
1 TBSP chopped roasted almonds
1 tsp. Cilantro leaves

Directions

Dress with 1 Tablespoon each: tahini, lemon juice and water, whisked together.
