BLT Pasta Salad



1 lb. Hannaford Whole Wheat Pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
2 cups Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Cabot® Sharp Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. bacon bits

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing:

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup low-fat plain Cabot® Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. McCormick® Dill Weed
1/8 tsp. McCormick® Ground Mustard
1/8 tsp. McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. McCormick® Paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper


1. Combine all salad ingredients, except dressing, in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Chill up to 24 hours before serving.

2. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.

3. Toss salad with dressing and mix to coat thoroughly.
