Apple Cranberry and Almond Coleslaw



3/4 cup Cabot® Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Hellmann's® Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Celery Seed
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Dry Mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1 bag Fresh Express® cole slaw mix
2 large gala apples, sliced into matchsticks (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup sliced almonds or 1 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup dried cranberries


1. In a mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients until
very smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. In a large bowl toss together coleslaw ingredients.
Pour dressing over mixture and toss to evenly coat.

Serve immediately for best results.
