WAYNE, Maine (WABI) - A Wayne man was sentenced Friday for causing a deadly crash last year in Mount Vernon.
According to the Kennebec Journal the judge sentenced 23-year-old Tyler Goucher to nearly five years in prison.
Goucher pleaded guilty earlier this month to manslaughter and aggravated criminal OUI.
His passenger, 19-year-old Ethan Russell of Wayne was killed last May when Goucher's pickup went off the road, rolled over and hit a tree.
He was driving while intoxicated at over twice the legal limit.
Goucher and another passenger were seriously injured in the crash.
