Waterville opens new Coworking lab

There's a new Coworking lab in Waterville designed to attract entrepreneurs and businesses...

Bricks Coworking and Innovation Space is located in the Hathaway Creative Center of downtown Waterville.

It features more than twenty work stations, three private offices, a conference room, and high-speed internet.

The space also boasts a lounge and kitchenette.

With Waterville growing its downtown, owners say they hope it attracts those looking to connect and share space for work.

"There's 12 or 15 of these spaces in Maine. The majority of them are in Portland's. They're very, very nice spaces. So, it became a need. Waterville needed this, and it was something that I personally needed, and so with all the development that's happening in Waterville downtown right now, it just made a lot of sense for this to happen." says founder RJ Anzelc.

It is $20 for a day or $250 for a specialized desk.
