Waterville mayor asks those who initiated recall to apologize to the citizens

Now that Waterville voters have voted down a recall of their mayor, Nick Isgro is asking those who initiated the recall to apologize to the city.

Mayor Isgro took to his facebook page to address those individuals, saying that they should be held responsible for paying back the added costs of the election created by the recall question.

The recall was rejected by just 91 votes...with 51% of voters backing Isgro, and 49% wanting him removed from office.
