WATERVILLE, Maine (WABI) - A man accused of robbing a bank in Waterville has been formally charged.

38-year-old Kevin Barr of Waterville was indicted by a grand jury.

Police say he walked into Key Bank on Kennedy Memorial Drive in July with a gun in his hand.

We're told the teller gave Barr money that contained a GPS tracker.

Police used that to find Barr in the woods, about a half an hour after the robbery.
