They're looking for feedback on everything from homebrews to pickles to yogurt.
Fermented foods are growing in popularity because of their unique tastes and health benefits.
Scientists at the School of Food and Agriculture and Cooperative Extension are asking folks to take a 10-minute survey.
The goal is to learn about the interest in making fermented foods at home to create educational materials.
