CORINTH, Maine (WABI) - Two people were taken to the hospital following a house fire in Corinth Wednesday morning.
Crews were called to Hudson Road just before 6 a.m.
Fire fighters initially thought the man and woman were trapped. But they managed to get out of the burning home by the time crews arrived.
A man was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation, according to authorities.
The woman had a shoulder injury, possibly from jumping out of a window to escape.
Both are expected to be ok.
The Fire Marshal is investigating a cause.
