PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (WMTW) Interstate 95 was closed in both directions Thursday morning in Portsmouth, New Hampshire as a nor’easter continued to pound the area.
New Hampshire State Police troopers said the storm knocked wires across both sides of the roadway.
The wires were knocked down near the Route 33 overpass, police said.
As of 10:30 a.m., southbound lanes had reopened but northbound lanes were closed.
No injuries were reported.
