Three Maine snowmobile clubs receive more than $250,000

DENNISTOWN, CORINNA, and CASWELL, Maine (WABI) - Maine is getting more than a quarter of a million dollars to promote its snowmobile industry.

The funding is through the rural business development grant program and will go towards purchasing snowmobile trail grooming equipment.

Border Riders Sportsman Club in Dennistown will receive $70,000.

Pleasant Ridge Riders in Caswell is getting nearly $100,000.

Corundel Raiders of Corinna will receive a little more than $96,000.
