Those wishing to be a part of the Libertarian Party must re-enroll

AUGUSTA, Maine (WABI) - Maine's Secretary of State says anyone previously enrolled as a member of the libertarian party is now considered unenrolled.

The party did not reach the threshold of 10,000 voters in the November election, as required by law.

State officials say the Libertarian Party has filed a declaration of intent to form a party by enrollment.

That gives them until January 2, 2020 to gather at least 5,000 new enrollments.

If you want to be a member of this party, you should fill out a new voter registration card at your town office.
