TN Truck Driver Found Guilty Of Manslaughter

ROCKLAND, Maine (WABI) The Tennessee truck driver who caused a deadly crash in Knox County two years ago has been found guilty of 2 counts of manslaughter and three counts of aggravated driving under the influence.

The jury deliberated last night and came back again today, ultimately deciding that 55 year old Randall Weddle was guilty of all charges against him.

Police say Weddle was drunk when his truck carrying lumber started a crash involving several cars on Route 17 in Washington in May of 2016.
45-year-old Christina Torres York of Warren and 74-year-old Paul Fowles of Owls Head were killed.
