Police investigating after body found in Penobscot River

A body was found in the Penobscot River on Wednesday, that according to the Bucksport Police Department.
They got the call around 2:30 p.m., Wednesday.
The body was discovered near the Bucksport-Verona Island Bridge.
No other information is being released at this time.
