BRUNSWICK, Maine (WABI) - Police say no charges are expected after a deadly shooting at the Tedford Housing family shelter in Brunswick Monday night.

Police arrived to find two men with gunshot wounds after a fight.

State Police say one of the men, 40-year-old Ali Fisher of Lisbon, was armed with a handgun and broke into an apartment at the shelter.

Police say Fisher was in some type of altercation with a woman who lived in that apartment.

A fight then broke out between Fisher and a man who was visiting that woman.

That man was also armed and during the fight, police say both were shot.

Police say Fisher left the building, collapsed outside, and died.

They say the other man was taken to the hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound to the arm.
