NORTH ANSON, Maine (WABI) - A North Anson woman accused of threatening a deputy and a civil process server has been indicted.

55-year-old Theresa Kelley is charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Authorities say when they went to her house in October she met them at the door with a gun.

She's accused of holding the pair at gunpoint until the deputy convinced her to drop the weapon.

No one was injured.
