Maine's single-use plastic bag ban put on hold

The state's single-use plastic bag ban has been put on hold.
The ban recently postponed by Governor Mills was set to begin on April 22nd, but with the threat of the coronavirus being spread by reusable bags.
It won't take effect until January 15th next year.
The measure was part of several items voted on by the legislature in response to COVID-19.
