Maine Forest and Logging Museum hosts dog sled race

Winter isn't here just yet, but, folks in Bradley are looking forward to snow, and getting their sled dogs on that same page.
The Maine Forest and Logging Museum hosting a dog sled race Sunday.
Dogs got harnessed up and racing into the Penobscot Experimental Forest.
Several competitions were on hand, including rig and scooter races.
Sherry Davis, Leonard's Mills said, "I love dogs, I'm really excited, this is dry land but I've never really been around dogs racing so I'm excited to see what that's like."
The Maine Highlands Sled Dog Club also a part of today's fun.
They're an education club that offers instructional and educational opportunities for folks who want to get involved in dog-powered sports.
