Knox man to jail for string of break-ins, thefts last fall

KNOX, Maine (WABI) - A man from Knox will spend nine months in jail for a string of break-ins last fall.

22-year-old Dakota Raven pleaded guilty last week to burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Last October he broke into a convenience store, a house and a snack shack all in one week.

He stole a gun, food, clothing and fuel.

Prior to last week's sentence, Raven was ordered to spend two months in jail after pleading guilty in July to a series of misdemeanor crimes.

In all, he'll be behind bars for nearly a year.
