Car pulled from pond in Smithfield

Emergency crews pulled a car from a pond in Smithfield Wednesday night.
A heavy police presence could be seen on Cardinal Lane.
The car was removed from East Pond. It's not clear what happened.
It is also not clear if the driver was able to escape.
