AUGUSTA, Maine (WABI) - A spokesman for Governor Mills says she intends to sign the senior housing bonds that were vetoed by Governor LePage.

When lawmakers failed to override that veto, $15 million in bonds for senior citizen housing were blocked.

Those bonds had previously been approved by Maine voters.

Governor Mills today said moving forward she'll work to authorize the sale of voter-approved bonds in a timely manner.
