Flight makes emergency landing at Portland Jetport

PORTLAND, Maine (WMTW) - Passengers headed to Scotland are stuck in Portland on Sunday morning after their flight was diverted.

A spokesperson for the Portland Jetport says the plane headed from Boston to Scotland made an emergency landing in Portland on Saturday night.

The crew reported engine problems. Officials say the aircraft landed safely and no one was hurt.

They're still investigating what happened.

As of Sunday morning, Delta Air Lines is working to find another flight for passengers.
