The state of Maine is going to give free, non-commercial lobster fishing licenses to disabled veterans.
Governor Mills signed a bill to provide the licenses, as well as non-commercial crab fishing and scalloping licenses, without charge.
The lawmaker who proposed the law change, says the free licenses are "a small token of the state's deep appreciation for all that our disabled service members have sacrificed."
