Deer Isle man formally charged in Sedgwick road rage incident that injured four

SEDGWICK, Maine (WABI) - A man from Deer Isle has been formally charged after a road rage incident in Sedgwck that left a family of four injured.

43-year-old Richard Bubar was indicted for aggravated assault, assault, driving to endanger and violating conditions of release.

Court documents say Bubar pulled into the family's driveway on Graytown Road in July after the homeowner threw a block of wood at his truck.

The homeowner said he was upset Bubar was spinning his tires on the road.

A fight then broke out between Bubar and the man.

Police say the man's wife and two daughters, ages 15 and 21, became involved and suffered minor injuries, too.
