Central Maine Power ranked low for customer service by marketing research company

Central Maine Power has the worst customer service in the country.

That's according to the marketing research company, JD Power.

CMP is the only company in the nation ranked below Pacific Gas and Electric, the California utility that filed for bankruptcy after causing wildfires and imposing intentional blackouts across its massive customer base.
