Camden International Film Festival kicks off in three towns

CAMDEN, Maine (WABI) - A film festival is taking place in three different mid-coast communities.

The Camden International Film Festival enters its 14th year.

It showcased 80 feature documentary films, with showings across Camden, Rockport, and Rockland.

Organizers said they're excited about a new element.

Ben Fowlie, Executive Director Points North Institute, "Expanding kind of a three-town community shuttle which is new for us and our hope is to really again just to try to make sure we're allowing for opportunities for people to engage with one another outside the various screenings and venues that we have."

Screenings take place all weekend long.
