Lawrence wins Class B state girls basketball championship over Oceanside

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - The Lawrence Bulldogs captured the Class B state girls basketball championship, 52-41 over Oceanside.

“I think it was just kind of a ‘now or never’ speech (at halftime). Obviously, there’s a lot of motivation, and we got out here and got it done. It means everything. Obviously, our whole community showed out for us tonight, and that’s the least we could do. It’s the best feeling. Obviously ending your career, there’s nothing more you could ask for,” said Maddie Provost, senior guard.
