Maine author publishes children’s book inspired by family Christmas tree farm

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Robbinston native Winnie Johnson grew up on her parents Christmas tree farm in nearby Perry. Today, she carries on the family tradition as co-owner of a local Christmas tree farm.

She was inspired to write “Mr. Rich’s Christmas Tree Secrets” after assisting her husband with a field trip of second graders at the farm.
