Harborside teen indicted by grand jury after Clifton crash

CLIFTON, Maine (WABI) - A Harborside teen has been indicted by the Penobscot County Grand Jury on multiple charges following a head on crash in Clifton in March.
Kyle Gray, 19, is charged with aggravated criminal OUI, driving to endanger, criminal mischief, and operating beyond license condition or restriction.
Officials say Gray was driving a pick-up when he crossed the center line on the Airline Road and crashed into an SUV.
The woman driving the SUV suffered serious injuries.
According to court documents, officials found open boxes of beer as well as several open cans of beer and alcohol inside Gray’s truck.
Court records say Gray told officers he had four beers prior to driving.
